I just Walk in at Hoppers and assisted past one of the gentlemen named Jack.He ask me the floor plan of the business firm and which room will be working on. The squad at Plum Heating and cooling were throroughly professional in thier services. Jack from sales, understood the complexity in my requirement and helped out with all the questions I had. He gave the correct instructions to the installers who came out. The installers (Aden) were likewise impressive the way the went about their business organisation. Clearly explained what they were going to do and how. Did the installation as explained and cleaned up after they finished. Jack and Jim came for a follow up on the fault and service of our evaporative cooler. They were very polite, professional and most importantly calm. They took time and effort to locate the trouble and do the service of our unit of measurement and fabricated sure that everything works fine. Friendly Matt arrived correct on time and immediately set to piece of work, even providing advice on how to maintain and cheque things myself going forrard. It looks like the filter hadn't been inverse in x years and now the airflow is ten times better than what information technology was. We have had our ducted heating system serviced today past your technician Jordan. Jordan rang the states and brash his expected time of arrival and did go far at the specified time. On arrival he introduced himself and impressed usa with his personality and neatness. He explained what he was doing and went nigh his work efficiently, when finished he explained what he had checked, he fifty-fifty cleaned the manhole cover for me and did a great job just like his female parent has taught him.
Nosotros would be happy to welcome him into our home when our next service is due.
